Meet Pam
Certified Leadership Coach
I am passionate about leadership. I have over 44 years of experience developing leaders, empowering teams, and training individuals and large groups in understanding their core strengths and maximizing their impact as leaders. I have worked with college students, young professionals, and executive leaders in the business world and non-profit organizations from various cultures and diverse settings.

I spent 39 years with Young Life (a global youth outreach organization), serving as an Area Director, a Regional Director, and as the U.S. Senior Director of Learning and Leadership. I also previously served for 5 years as the Director of Spiritual Formation at a large Presbyterian Church in Omaha, NE. For the past few years, I have done executive leadership coaching with leaders from across the globe, both with non-profit organizations and in the business sector. Along with another colleague, I started and developed an Executive Leadership Training program called Accelerator, training female executive ministry leaders from across the continent of Africa and the Middle East.

I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Services & Sociology from the University of Tennessee and a Masters in Theology from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA. I am certified as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation. I have Enneagram Certification, Certification in the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process, and in Personal Coaching Styles Inventory.
